How do we get the department to take responsibility in all the unresolved matters that are being ignored by the arrogant and corrupt officials. We have audit cases that has been sitting with the Fund for years and no one seems to care in resolving these matters. Companies are closing down, families are struggling and Compensation fund is making difficult for employers to comply, employees have pending Injury on duty cases for over 10 years some even died while waiting for the department to make a payment.There is no internal process what so ever that deals with pending cases ensuring they capturing the information in time to prevent the backlog. The Fund consultants ask the public (claims) for the same documents time and again and no one captures the information which frustrates our people that are relying on their service. Please advise how do we help the department as we are willing to assist where we can
