Good Day Honourable Member Of The NA/NCOP.

(I'm Not Sure If You Are The Right Dept That Handles This But If Not You Can Just Redirect Me In Your Reply.)

I'd Like To Find Out What Has Being The Plan Or Process That The Provincial Government Has Taken To Provide Adequate Medical And Shelter For The Homeless Unfortunte People As I Reside Aswell Within The Tygerburg Area I've Not Seen Any Government Or Any Provisional Aid For Them Since The Start Of Covid 19 Last Year March. When It Began All I've Seen Is The Law Enforcement Each And Other Day Come By Destroy What Ever Housing They Have Self Provided And Remained Within The Places Either Beside Local Bussinesses Or Areas Either Goverment Or Locally Owned Now I Know Local Bussinesses Have Complained About This Hence The Law Enforcement Appears And Raids They Place And Things are Thrown Away I Mean including they little food they mange to get and supplied by locals. Now having said that if there was any provisions for them either they not aware of it or they just werent taken to this places. Now are they not also a risk of getting this virus also and then spreading more around with them. Not even being medically able to protect them selfs with masks, or sanitary supplies i mean now during this winter it's self I've seen ans help once a fellow resident bulid up a neat little self made shelter and next day in the rain the enforcement came and broke it down, I've seen kids as young as 3 living in this places and Im thinking as this covid is spreading Wilder faster and becoming more and more immune to the climate the only way Western Cape can also keep the numbers of infections down is also by insuring the homesless is seen to healthcare wise and atleast given some sort of medical supplies to help them sanitise and protect them selfs some aren't able to even buy the disposal ones they shops sell, please can you tell me.what acually was planned and provided for this situation?. Myself and most probably most of the people here also have had then similar question unfortuntly none has come forward to ask and I think I should of being the first to inquire with respect althou most of the work your dept thus far has done I'd like to thank you for doing and appricate the efforts however the above is something that keeps being a sector that's always being neglected.

Thank you.
