Kindly assist in resolving my spouse's unpaid uif. We reside in Lejweleputswa District, Welkom in the Free Sate. She applied for the fund in March 2025 and signed for it but nothing has been done. Last month she went back to the district office in Lejweleputswa, Welkom, Free State to sign for another payment while waiting for the 1st payment.

This is frustrating as it hampers with paying the school fees for our children. She even tried to contact the uif help desk but to no avail. The consult at the branch level are sending her from pillar to post.
