sir with due respect i would like to pass our complain. we are learners in a learnership by UIF but ilembe enterprise are running that learnership and they are not willing to pay us stipends during lockdown. we do not qualify for food parcels or unemployment grant because this learnership is funded by uif. please help us in this difficult time to survive. thank you in advance
