I hv emailed my letters to Chief HR Gen Sitshongaye with no response ( PA Maj. Ditlobo) with no response. I hv taken my matter to Chairperson Mr Dakota Legoete who refer me to Chief HR Gen Sitshongaye. I hv taken my matter to Military Ombud who refer me to Gen Thipe Matjila. I hv taken my matter to the Secretary of Portfolio Committee on Defence Ms Amandla Zindlani who acknowledge my email and she said she hv taken my matter to the Chairperson Mr Dakota Legoete. Minister, I was unlawfully detained for five days without a charge or warrant at Makhado Correctional Services. I was taken to court at AFB Makhado on Wednesday 18Mar98 but the court didn't finished and they said I will appear again the following day on Thursday 19Mar98 which I didn't appear again in court instead I was taken to Makhado Correctional Services by Cpl now CWO Papole where I hv stay five days in prison without a warrant of charge and I was discharge on my return from prison on Monday 23Mar98, but Minister the Charge Sheet was signed seven days after I was already a civilian and on Thursday 26Mar98 I visited Air Command where I met Capt Carstens and make an Appeal since waited. The Record of Defence indicate that I have appear in Court on 29Jun98 while I was a civilian, the System of Defence indicate that I have appear in court on 02Apr98 while I was already a civilian. The System Falsely Claims I was discharge on 06Apr98 and again says I was discharged
