I have completed my degree in 2018 but I have an upstanding balance of R 2600 and the university of fort hare refuse to give me my certificate I am currently unemployed depending on SRD why are the institution of higher learning allowed to practice such cruelty. We cant get work with out those certificate Please intervene.
