Please could you assist me with the following:
Unisa student, CTA Level 1 and CTA Level 2 to be specific are currently going through a tough time. As we all know, Covid 19 has a had a very big impact on everyone

Last year (2020),Unisa had switched to online exams due to the fact that we could not write at venues so that the academic year would not be wasted. This was very new to us

When it came to exam entrance, Unisa granted us the opportunity to write by changing the rules to best 2 out of 4 tests. Yes this was very kind of them. However, right now we are in need of supplementary exams. We need the University to convert our failed modules to supplentary exams and allow us this opportunity to write in January /February. By now, most students have received their results. There are quite a number of students who need this as this may result in a number of students repeating an entire year and also wasting an entire year. Please could you request the University to allow us this opportunity

Students cannot afford to pay for another year and neither can waste an entire year. We humbly request the department to be lenient towards us. This affects us mentally. Covid 19 has affected a lot of people

Please could you attend to this matter as soon as possible as it is very urgent
