Unisa does not want to grant concession in the previous years it had granted concessions this year was not easy for fellow students we didn't not have access to printing facilities most of the Time we were writting test and the system online would crash and also during exams the systems crashed we also didn't have access to scanners and those without smart mobile phones could not write exam and I write to you to help us plead with unisa that our issues were greater then the previous years and thus should grant us concession as they did on previous years
