My Leader

I am working for correctional service in Ermelo prison for period of 13yrs .I am writting this letter to you looking for a help from the fighters we dont have uniform in DCS and we work with the Skelton staff in the dangerous enveronment with a danger allowance of R300.00 and working 12days and get a rest of 2 days a month. When we work during Saturday we dont get paid but we get day off dat we can take and if u decided to not going to work on saturday i must put a leave the is no promotion the CO3 of 2004 to 2008 their notch is no longer raising the said we are reaching the top notch that mean no growth for us .Management of Correctional Services do as the wish as if we are working in their farms .
