Dear Honorable Members, I am writing this on the basis of anonymity and with great concern. I would like to request for your offices to intervene.There is a TVET College in the North West Province called Taletso TVET College. One of its campuses in Lichtenburg has been under construction for a long time after classes were demolished. The construction has also stopped for a few months now and there is no explanation on why has it stopped. There is no proper reporting in terms of progress and no one is taking accountability to charge or penalize the contractor for not finishing the work in time as promised. The campus is a mess and not conducive for learning as there are rubles and barricades that makes it difficult for students and staff to walk freely around the campus. The college is now renting mobile units to substitute demolished classes.
