Dear Mr Hlengwa, I am writing this on the basis of anonymity. I would like to request your office to intervene. There is a TVET College in the North West Province called Taletso TVET College. One of it's campuses in Lichtenburg has been under construction for a long time and the construction has stopped and there is no explanation that why has it stopped and no one is taking accountability to charge or penalise the contractor. The campus is a mess and not conducive for learning. Please send the team to do investigations.
