Good morning

I have a problem at the University of South Africa. I wrote a module in November 2019 and my results came back saying absent from examination. I sent emails to my lecture and the exam department and even went physically to the examination with proof that I wrote the exam, and they promised that it would be fixed but to this day I have been sending countless emails and making calls to relevant people and still my query is not solved. I have even resorted to writing to the UNISA Ombudsman but they fail to help me. I never got any feedback. Please help me, I need feedback. I have tried everything I could. I was supposed to finish my degree last year but this has held me back.
