I am unfairly treated by sanlamsky or people at sky as a result i am suffering financially and they are rusing to take responsibility..

Here is the story.

. I was working for a franchise called lwandle financial services. Last year i applied for a post at sanlamsky agency (management post)i was interviewed and i was told by a branch manager of pietemaritzburgh branch that i passed . I am being hired. When i asked my boss to release me then there was a delay. I then approached a head of sanlamsky who was mr Dev Chetty at that time to help speak to my boss to release me hence the franchise also had a contract with sanlamsky. He did speak to them and i was asked by my boss at franchise to come resign on his frinchise so i a can start at agency.( he even statetd he was rushed to release me by Dev chetty. Few days after my resignation i got a call saying my application was unsuccessful. To my supprise why was i not told early and why did they put pressure on my boss to release me and then later reject. They said their reason but i already had a proof of that the matter they were saying is the cause was already finilised and it was stated i am at no fault..Then i fought with them until they saw their mistake and i ended up talking to a director mr Gavin Dawnard. Then they paid me R100000 last year October. According to our conversation i asked them to pay me for the time looking for the job. Now its 8 months later am still struggling. I approached them last month to say can they put last amount so i can save my assets hence bank is repossessing my cars. They refusing saying that 100000 was final. So my story is that these people took me from my job and later rejected me. They paid only 100000 and they feel it was enough for the rest of my life. Clearly on our zoom meeting i asked for something that will last 6months while looking for a job . Now its 8 months and still struggling. No food for me and my kids because of this yet they feel 100000 is enough after what i went through. I need to expose this treatment i need justice for this. Lastly i approached their CEO mr Bongani Madikiza and he responded saying the matter was solved fairly. Their contacts are Gavin Dawnard

South Africans is it ok for a south african child to be treated this way i am suffering am struggling yet i did nothing wrong to this company. Why they never said no in the first place ?why they even pressured my previous boss to release me then after that they change their minds just after i am our.
Worse of all when they realised their mistake they pay 100 000 iz that fair? Can i live my life on that forever ? How about debts things i lost . Worse
I begged them for amount to fix all what has been damaged through this whole deal and leave them but they refused.? How fair?
I need some help guys i need voice for me, i can not afford legal fees but i believe this organisation can help me find justice.
