I'm Alessio Simoncini a 44 year old South African father and I filed for a protection order against the mother of my children in December 2023 at the Kuils River court near Bellville Cape Town. My application was based on the mother's abuse of me by shouting, swearing and at times wanting to physically beat me in front of our children. She had also at times stolen money from me and run away with our children. A criminal case is pending for her arrest as she drugged me around October 2023 and when I awoke she left with my car keys ,ID and wallet. She locked me up in the seperate entrance we rented and I had to call the landlord to take me out. She stole my phone and used it to access my banking and took R10000. A week later she returned with no money. Previously she took R20000 and I got footage of her with an unknown man taking my daughter with her into a lodge room in George. There is records at the lodge of the man paying R350 and he remained an hour in the room while my little daughter of around 1 year at the time was inside with them.

For 6 years she has been abusing me, cheating, stealing money, shouting, swearing and becoming physically violent with me. I got an interim interdict around 8 December 2023 and she started shouting at me at home again. Police arrived and instead of arresting her I was threatened by the police that I will be arrested. I need help as the female judge who issued the interim protection order that states the children must not be removed without my permission, the same judge is working with the Kuils River police to take my children away from me. A few days after I got my interim protection order the judge granted her a protection order and it states just like mine that both of us must not remove children from each other. But the judge arranged with warrant officer Binnedel from Kuils River to take my children away in front of me while my little daughter 4 and a half at the time cried for me. I had to step back as the court security and police warrant officer threatened to arrest me after I was manhandled. I do not have money for lawyers and need help. The court judge and warrant officer helped the lady break the interim court interdict by taking her with my children "to a place of safety" . She claims I abused her sexually, physically and locked her up at home. Claims she never made till I took action to get my children put of the unhappy environment she created at home. I'm at court this morning as our court date states, she did not arrive ad now I'm told the matter will be heard later. The judge is now going to contact her to come to court while she is clearly breaking interim court order which states she must not remove the children and she is also now in contempt of court but the judge and police is siding with her. I haven't seen my children since December when they took them away and only got telephonic contact about 3 weeks ago. Please help me. While at Kuils river court on the day she applied for her interdict against me, I heard the warrant officer say how they will smuggle her out with the children and I tried catching up with them but I was prevented by the officer and security from intervening.
Prior to this I spoke with Commander Naidoo and a captain at the police officer and warrant officer Hough who told me if I get a protection order against the woman, they would arrest her. Instead warrant officer Hough threatened to beat me up when I went to report that his colleague, warrant officer Binnedel took my children away unlawfully. I am outnumbered and broken hearted, I miss my children , please help me. The lady in question is Samukeliso Khumalo a Zimbabwean national with whom I lived 6 years. The children is Alessia and Alessio Simoncini. A 5 year old girl and a boy turning 2 soon.My application number at court is I 1874/2023 and my contact number is 0660275566.
The judge now granted an warrant of arrest and protection order in accordance with interim protection order which states she is not allowed to take my kids without my consent.
I am asking for justice on behalf of my children and myself , I am a father who wants to give them a stable living environment and the love and care they need.
