morning general bheki cele my name is dumile i am 37years african male i was a segeant in the police for 12years.a very dedicated and active police official.i was serving the community of odendaalsrus with integrity and honestly.i even have awards to show all my hard works until i got sick on 2017.i was diagnosed with a liver failure at donald gordon hospital in jb.then i started booking incapacity leaves at work .i spend most of my time at the hlospital doing test for liver tranplant .while i was busy at jb i decided to rent 2 people at the outside rooms to prevent house breaking.one day the police arrived at my house found me sleeping as i was critically sick and they asked me about my other tenant zamani i told them i dont know where zamani is.i took out my cellphone and i called zamani in they are presence and zamani indicated that he was on his way.they told me that they are going to search my house.i granted them permission. they started searching inside my house but nothing illegal was found.they asked me if i have keys for zamanis room which i dint.they took a bunch of keys and tried to unlock zamani room but none of them could unlock the door.i called zamani again in their presence without disclosing any information and zamani told me that he is almost but he never came.one of the police officials broke open the door and 2xgas, and other cylinders what what was found at the outside room and it was my first time seing those things.i tried calling zamani again but it was on voice mail.one of the police asked me to call my wife to go and search for zamani which i did but zamani was not found.one of the police asked my other tenant mr sello about zamani and he confirmed everything he knows about zamani.i was told that if zamani is not found i am going to be arrested together with my wife as we are the owners of the house.zamani was not found and indeed we were arrested and detained.the matter went to court and it was withdrawn at court, but at work we were dismissed with expeditiouse process.we feel we were not treated fairly....its not fair we didnt know what our tenants has in their rooms.i was very sick together with my late daughter who had a brain damage.we were always in hospital with my wife.we have proof to supports our statement even our neighbors can attach to that.they dismisses us without hearing our side of story its not fair.its been 3 years and the union has also failed us at sssbc we are told that our aplication was late i dont know how because we completed it in time.why is the management in freestate distroying its members.we were both hard working police officials.on 2012 my wife was hit by a warrant officer by a motorbike who didnt have licence and that matter didnt go to court.on 2015 my wife was also shot in the line of duty nothing was made not even a compensation.2019 we were both dismissed unfairly what is this?it is very sad.i used to believe in justice.i am heart broken.even if it happen that we wont get a chance to say our side of story i believe that one day this case will be given a chance in heaven. i humbly ask you ntate Bheki Cele with the powers that God Almighty has given you to review our case that is all.thank you for your precious time.
