My name is Yonela Nqeketo,employed by Greenworld in Mthatha.There was a break in at the shop on Sunday 21 February 2021 and my boss Mr Bruce Huang told me not to go to the police to open a case,he told me to just count the stock and report back to him on the damage.after a week when he realized how much he had lost he told me to go and report to the police and I was told that I should have reported immediately after the break in. I was dismissed from work by mr Bruce saying that it was my fault that the stock was stolen.I went to the labour office here in mthatha n was told that there is nothing they can do since I do not have a case no.Please assist me on the steps to follow as I was unfairly dismissed and I did not receive my salary for feburary .Thanking you in advance.
