Dear Mr Julius Malema,
I'm writing to you today as I work at a call centre at 333 Florence Nzama street Durban known as Callforce.Today which is 1 day before we get paid an all of a suuden we get told that we will not be getting paid our commissions which we made in the month of July 2025 as it is paid in areas, however we get told today @1pm that customers whom have not paid their cellc contract will come out of our commissions which is not fair as we have not signed for this and the basic is R4750 which was increased to R4999 in March which Department of Labour had to come an ensure we get the increase but when we make commission the company Callforce drops our basisic to R4750 which that to is not fair . Tomorrow we are going to the office but not planning on working as we need all our commissions we worked hard for to be paid to us as we do not know where we stand as no feedback was given to us before we finished work @5pm today. Please Mr Malema we need to to pay our office a visit and assist us on getting our monies ASP.ITS not making sense as our payroll closed on the 20th and today is the 27th an they talking bout deducting our commissions for customers that have not paid how is this possible please please please Sir Malema we need your assistance.Thank you in advanced.
