Minister there are Social workers who were rejected by dsd bursaries and municipality bursaries.others they spent 9 years to complete their degrees due to that they suppose to work on the other year so that the will be able to pay their fees for the following year. Now your department don t even give them the opportunity to apply or at least be registered on data base for an opportunity. They only focus to their beneficiaries who got busaries from dsd.what about those who struggled for 9 years and hope that one day their life will be better. Please intervene.
