I write to you personally as my fiancee has emailed the Director General on 3 occasions with no response and I have emailed the OVERSTAYS DEPARTMENT as well with the same "NO ANSWER".
My fiancee Mr. Daniel McGregor was awaiting a response from VFS Sandton on an application for Permanent Residence when he had a family emergency he had to attend in Zambia. He had all his documentation in order to prove his legitacy in the Republic of South Africa but the customs official sidelined the documents banning and presenting him with an "UNDISIRABLE STATUS".
