My name is Sibusiso Brian Ngongoma persal number 22337989, from Port St Johns, Eastern Cape province, employed by National Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment since 2006 September 01 as a Foreman.

2008 May there was a job evaluation conducted and approved for employees to be upgraded from certain levels, also departmental structure approved in January 2008 was same as job evaluation certificate approved.

As foremen were on level 3 to be upgraded to level 5, other employees like Handyman were upgraded from level 3 to level 4 as per job evaluation now they are on level 5, as foremen we are still on level 4 even now.

We wrote several correspondence to our managers, directors even to Minister Barbara Creecy and Minister Deon George but nothing has changed, our notches are still behind.

We hereby appealing to you in assisting us to be upgraded as per job evaluation and departmental structure, we are so stressful because this is affecting our services and pensions because we are left with few years to retirement.
