I am the Lecturer of the community learning centre in Cape Town I am currently employed by Department of Higher Education and Training(DHET) we have been going all over seeking for help even CCMA, Department of Labour has not helped us, all they could tell us is they can not lodge a case for other govenment sectors, we are suffering we do not know where to report this abuse by our own emlpoyer (DHET) not anymore and we are expected to be servising our communities and have good results, where as we are frustrated, violated and abused by our own employer, nobody is monitoring (DHET) we had reported this before in the Portfolio commette in Parliament 2016 but nothing that has been done, how do we get employed for the same position by the same employer in the same proximity with the same qualifications, doing the same job and we are getting paid different salaries? and it is not only the issues of salries but a lot and this has to do with the race in most cases.
