Dear Werner Horn
I sent a form 5 complaint to the office of the Information Regulatot and a complaint under it's reference C120/22 was opened but however prematurely certified settled by Ntsumbedzeni Nemasisi despite my alerting him to how his office's investigation was being undermined by the health professions council south africa. I subsequently was served with the hpcsa's Answering Affidavit to my founding affidavit in case number 22/26469 of the Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg of the high court of South Africa in which specifically identified which was never provided to the information regulator was mentioned and attached as annexures. I sent Ntsumbedzeni Nemasisi and his team made up of Shanta Reddy, Desmond Moremong and Mathaphelo Magagula the Answering Affidavit and annexures with information that had been wilfully denied to them and asked them to enforce PAIA and also wrote to Pansy Tlakula. They all completely neglected my emails and its enforcement committee blocked my email address. They have also decided that they will not accept any complaints and are presently doing nothing about an email that was mentioned as being the immediate trigger to the accused's filing a second reply to my complaint against him at the hpcsa's complaint reference MP062409/23972534 in terms of that explanation which was wilfully not provided to the information regulator who still insists that my complaint is properly certified settled. It is also doing absolutely nothing about another form 5 complaint I sent there for information held by south african police services and will not even acknowledge it. Their conduct amounts to unfair discrimination and is unlawful and unconstitutional.
