I don't know what to do anymore, so I am now writing to you.

I applied for an unabridged marriage certificate on 22/05/2025 and was told it would be ready in 8 weeks. I phoned a few times after that to check it it is ready but it never was. Eventually I asked what I could do or send them to be able to get it done. The call centre agent advised me that if I still had the papers from the marriage register that it would help. On 15/09/2025 I sent them the receipt, marriage certificate written in pen, printed marriage certificate and the two papers that I luckily still had in my possession. On 18/09/2025 I phoned again to check if it is ready and it wasn't then the call centre agent suggest I forward the documents to him which I did and CCd the call centre email address. I then forwarded the email again on 30/09/2025 to find out if it is ready and got no reply. I then phoned on 01/10/2025 to find out if it is ready and they said that they will escalate it. I phone now today 08/10/2025 to find out if it is ready just to be told that they will escalate it again. Tomorrow it would be 20 weeks that I am waiting when I was told that it would take 8 weeks.

What else should I do to get this document as I already paid for a service which I am not receiving?
