Sir, my son David Porter born 12/12/1969, died on 12/05/1980.

For purposes of finalising my late wife's estate I need a copy an unabridged death certificate.

On 16/09/2019 I applied to Home Affairs Johnnesburg for the certficate.

Despite numerous visits to the department, I have not been able to get it. We were given numerous excuses and told to come back again and again. Home affairs staff unhelpful.

PLEASE HELP ME. IM 79 YEARS OLD AND UNABLE TO CARRY ON WITH THIS FIGHT ALONE
