Dear Minister of Home Affairs

I received my unabridged birth certificate in 2018 from Akasia HA. There is some errors on it etc my Mother's name and surname Van den in stead of Van de. My fathers birth place is Chubut Argentina. It is written Shubut USA and his name is spelled Thomas instead of Tomas. Akasia send met to the midcity Pretoria HA, they sent me back to Akasia. Akasia then gave me email of HO and said I should sent my sisters UBC and my incorrect UBC to this mail and the will contact me if corrected. No joy. So I went to HA Centurion and reception listened and throw the unabridged certificate with all documents that I got of my mother and father that I could get hold of back to me and said go back to Akasia, it is their problem. I asked I do not understand as you have one system?? He was very rude and to tell you the truth I am very frustrated about this situation. Running out of options. How and what do I do. I need this as Next year going on pension and want to go to Equador where I need correct information documents. I do not have the means to drive up and down and fuel prices going up and have to take leave every time. Do you perhaps have a solution?? Will really appreciate if someone can help. thank you
