PLEASE INTERVENE MINISTER

I have applied for Anabriged Birth Certificate last year 15 August 2017 even now I'm waiting for it, they give me excuses.
My daughter is suppose to go to Denmark School Tour on the 20th June next month, she wouldn't because of this certificate and I have already paid for the Tour
