Good day

I applied for my unabbridged birth certificate in 2015 and it's still showing as "in process". I am unable to get hold of anyone at department of home affairs.

Phones just ring and emails go unanswered.

This is beyond frustrating!

Who or what does one have to do to obtain a document or just be able to talk with someone that can provide answers.
