I write to you as a restauranteur, struggling through the totally horrendous process of applying for the UIF TERS relief on behalf of 56 staff.
Please can we get direct communication as to how to proceed, and please can you ensure that helplines are manned, not offline, and that the people manning the lines are in a position to assist us.
Hundreds, if not thousands of us, have been locked out of UFILING, and cannot do the submissions to get the staff registered. We need a simplified access portal, and an easy methodolgy of submitting details please.
Our staff are getting desperate, and we are all about to have nervous breakdowns due to the dysfunctionality of the system.
Please help sir!
