I write to with displeasure to inform you about the handling of my UIF claim. I use the uifilling platform to have my claim processed. I am young person whom had his contract by The Aurum Institute cancelled because Gauteng provincial government who was our sponsor for our stipend failed to honour their contractual obligations to pay 200 young people in Ekurhuleni working in public health as facility assistant. I apply on the 06th of May 2021 for my UIF but I have been given the run around by your department and they have failed to pay me. Please assist me with this matter.
