Dear Sir
I have applied for illness benefits. I am disabled by a stroke. I received a sms indicating my application was being processed and then a further one indicating my claim was rejected. No reason given. II cannot get in to your offices. I have called and emailed to no avail. I am financially crippled and physically, please help
