- UIF claims cancelled by paymaster for no reason and with no explanation.

Dear Minister Thembelani Nxesi,
Please I am begging you, literally on my knees with tears in my eyes, WHY DOES YOUR PAYMASTER KEEP CANCELLING MY ONLINE CLAIM!? How are we supposed to live? I have LOST EVERYTHING, my house, my job, my animals, my furniture, my dignity!
Nevermind the fact that:
1. Every month without fail 1% of our salaries and 1% contributed by the employer is deducted and paid over to the UIF for that "in case" threat of losing one's job, and if it is NOT DONE then there are penalties.
2. IF one loses their job they have to apply within 12 months OR they lose ALL the money they ever contributed to the UIF. The question here is: WHERE DOES THE UNCLAIMED MONEY GO?
3. The unemployed person can only claim and get the FULL 365 credit if they have been working for four years or more.
4. That the more the now unemployed person earned the LESS they received even though that same person that earned the higher salary HAD TO contribute the highest amount payable to the UIF every month. Currently R148.72 per employee and employer.
5. That your department works on a sliding scale, which might I add is NOT followed, or explained. IF you get your UIF claim you take what they give whether you like it or not.
6. That person sends over 50 emails to various people to find out why your paymaster KEEPS CANCELING MY CLAIMS. Stands in your LONG queues at the Boksburg / Kempton Park UIF department for days on end from 6:30 am to be turned away. Calls your call center and either gets cut off or given a story about 28 days (that is a new rule) and tells you to wait and wait and waits.
All this has been done by me since May 2020 when I lost my job and have received two payments, ONLY TWO payments for unemployment! NOW I am sitting with another issue where YOUR PAYMASTER KEEPS CANCELLING MY ONLINE CLAIM! WHY???
