Dear Boity,

I write this regarding my UIF claim. I have sent an email to the director and commissioner of labour in assistance with my claim, no acknowledgement or assistance.

I applied online my claim was rejected and there was no communication made, it was rejected based on documents I didn't attach but the online system doesn't have an option to upload documents. Eventually I did, I applied on the 22nd of Feb, It's the 25th of March today no feedback yet, my application hasn't been captured.

What's more frustrating there's no turnaround time, which is weird for me cause my rejection took them 3 days. I'm on my 2nd month without a salary, I don't think that's fair on anyone, I literally call everyday to track my application, every day I get different responses and the call centre agencies, they say they going to send an email when I do a follow up thy same they same thing.

Please help.
