DA Shadow minister,

I have applied for my uif via online services on 24 May 2021 case number posted. The website clearly states 15 days turn around. Its over 2 months later and I am told to be patient by the Department of Labour Chief of staff. This reply is on an email that you DA shadow minister are included in.
Please explain to me, how should we survive difficult times during Covid and unemployment?
I was a contractor for over 20 plus years and retrenched without any remuneration in December 2020 but formally retrenched in March 2021.

No employment created by DA or ANC and now red tape.

You people get a salary and perks monthly while we voters who voted you in suffer the consequences of voting your parties so you can sit there to represent us.

Please address this issue as a matter of urgency. Did I waste my time voting NP/DA for 26 years?
