Dear Mr Cardo

I am desperate on someone to assist me. I applied for UIF in Feb this year and up to date I have not received any feedback. I phone them about every week, email them, but no answers. I also submitted all the documents they requested, still no feedback or payment.

The call centres only say that there is nothing they can do and they will log a request.

Please let me know who I can call,or email on this matter.
