I'm am a middle aged women a south African born and bred and I have been working for all my life ever since I finish my matric

In 2015 it happened that I was affected in a retrenchment process of more than 4000 employees of a big corporate company.

I have two question why the payouts of uif for employees of the same number of years of contribution are not the same.
What's the formula used to determine the pay outs of uif.
I am asking this because me and my colleagues we work for 15 years of service but her payouts and mine is different.
I am currently receiving R2000 and she has received R10000 and others receive R5000 please give us the formula that is been used to calculate the payout .I think it help to empower the people and prevent fraud.
