We have been trying for almost a year now to access the U-Filing system. We were locked out when the department of Labour made changes to this system and despite numerous e-mails to the "Support" team we have not received any support or assistance with being able to access the U-filing system. We even approached our local Labour Department offices for assistance only to be told that they are also battling with the system and not receiving any support. Maybe you, as the minister, can do something about this problem?
