Maybe something might start happening in DHA now. I am dual citizen, back in SA since April 2021, caring for my octogenarian parents. My husband applied for a spousal visa in October 2022, so that he could be here and support me emotionally and physically, during this difficult period.

To date, despite numerous emails to HACC, pleading that his case be looked into, nothing has happened. This means that he has to leave me and return to the UK when his tourist visa expiresI I attach a screenshot of his application from the VFS tracking site.
