I have been waiting for my N3 Certificate for two years, I am unable to get my Installation Electrician’s license because of this. I have been to DHET in Pretoria, no joy. I have requested political assistance, no joy. I have requested my legal team for assistance, no joy. My legal team has brought the Public Protector in, no joy. Can I please get an explanation as to why this is so difficult to get from DHET? Why it takes so long? Why am I being prejudiced against?
