Dear Minister,
After numerous e-mails to SABC and lots of telephone calls from SABC and lately VVM over the last 12 months, it would appear that nobody in either organization knows how to send a Statement in order for me (the customer) to verify an outstanding of R848.00
I would appreciate your assistance so that I can finalize this unsatisfactory situation.
