I'm writing in desperation for you to visit the Master's office in Jhb. We've waited for almost 3 years to finalise an estate, and we just get ignored. What is more, apparently some staff are "working" from home, which only makes it worse. Min. Lamola needs a wakeup call from you to instill some sense of urgency. In the mean time, beneficiaries are going into serious debt to try to exist. Please do something.
