Dear Minister Nkabane
Hope this message finds you well,
On Tuesday I listened to your maiden budget speech in Parliament and as an ambassador for Skills Development and working for one of the Sector Education Training Authorities. I look forward to your vision and foresight in the implementation of flexible DHET policies that will address the demands versus what the HEI's and TVET Colleges are producing for the workplace. The implementation of the WSP/ATR in the workplace as per the SDA of 1998 amended.
"The Sector Education and Training Authority (Seta), a South African body in charge of overseeing skills development and training within a particular industry sector, has been allocated R333-million to implement the objective of the department, which is “to develop a skilled and capable workforce while broadening the skills base of the country to support inclusive growth”, said Nkabane.
I commit myself to support the vision of the department to "develop a skilled and capable workforce" in this country.
Dr N.P Nkabane all of the best Minister in your journey to drive the department in to better heights.
One thing that I believe in is that learning is that no one can take it away from you.
Regards
