Twelve days ago the local Municipality cut a tree down in front of my neighbours house and piled all of the branches on my and my neighbours street frontages. To date despite numerous emails and promises from the director general nothing has happened, although the ridiculous amount of money wasted on unproductive labour and empty trucks going back and forth would be laughable if it wasn't so frustrating. Part of my lawn which I relaid at great expense is now ruined.
I stay in Centurion and my local Councilor is Cindy Bilson, who has tried to help but has also been ignored.
The DA promise of a more efficient and caring is just a pipedream.
I am now taking legal advise on the way forward.
