Comrade Nyami
I am Mthetheleli Mana from Fort Beaufort, we met at St Albans Prison. I have a problem here concerning TRC bursary. My daughter is doing B. Com (Disaster Management) at Stenden SA Port Alfred. I have done all necessary to have her fees paid but I seem to be driven from pillar to post. I have appeal to all Ministers of Higher Education and Training from Nzimande through Hlengiwe and Pandor but all have been in vain as no one would respond. Pandor claimed to have responded but I never received that response even after I had told her I did not get the response. My daughter is doing her second year and the first year fees were paid in May this year and the Institution has given her marching orders. DOJ the custodian does not respond and so does the Presidency. Come to my rescue as she should be writing her final exams now..
