My daughter is doing B.Com (Disaster Management) at Stenden SA.
She has a TRC bursary but the problem is that NFSAS takes its time
to pay. Even Department of Justice the custodian of this bursary
is failing. I have on several occassions appealed to 2 previous
Ministers and your office as well as the Director General but I do
not seem to get assistance. I have today received an invoice and I
know it will make no sense to NFSAS as NFSAS will never respond to
that. My daughter early this week has received a notice which
state that she will no longer be allowed to continue with her
study the and that means due to the failure of Government
Departments and agency she is to drop out. Last year's fees was
only paid in May this year. I only live on Special pension
