I am struggling to have fees paid from TRC busary for my grandchildren. As a custodian of that kindly come to my rescue as already the schools has threatened to kick them out of school. Department of Basic Education does not care to give me direction. The Minister, DG and Ms. Mabuza are not responding. In fact we are so used to the Government failure to respond to our problems. Where-else can one appeal to except your Department when one encounter such a threat to the future of the children? When National Unity and Reconciliation Act was passed the intentions were to assist us poor victims but now it is a struggle to be assisted.
