Today at 9h45 I received a call from Winterberg High School wanting to find out about payment of school fees for my grand-daughter Liyahluma Mana. I have been threatened with sending home of the girl. My grand daughter is a TRC bursary hold which is from Department of Justice and is administered by your Department. I had formerly reminded your DG, Steve Mabua as well as your Sylvia Mabuza and nothing came out of that. I had as well sent invoices from the school but nothing happened. The reason is clear here and it is that people handling our problems have no sympathy with the poor as long as their life is comfortable they do not care. The schools need money and the department is holding money. Officials are able to pay when we cannot. Clearly we wasted time in struggle and in prison so that certain people could be comfortable. There is no way I would pay to be refunded as I only get R6000 special pension and all my life depend on it. Afrikaners cared for their poor whites and educated their Broederbond but after all our struggles we are left to suffer. This is not fair Minister. Fees for the school kids must be paid as soon as yesterday or last month.
