Sir..my domestic helper is struggling to get a permit to attend her mothers funeral in Lesotho. She is told by the Police to go to PTA. 1. There is no transport to PTA. 2. She can't go to PTA without a permit and 3. She can't get a permit to PTA because she not going for funeral there.
