I applied for a travel document in February and was told it would take 2 weeks but I am still waiting. I’ve contacted the manager of the branch, HACC and the person in charge of travel documents. The last time I went to the branch an official tried to get me to pay a 3rd party to speed up my application! Kindly assist me as I need to get the document.
