Trust you well and in good health, minister I write to you today with a heavy heart,, somehow feeling less of a South African citizen and disgusted by how I was treated as an individual at our sassa offices and the post bank( post offices) am based in the Northwest region ( Klerksdorp) also known as matlosana,,

The lack of competent and profestionalism is just a rare thing to find among your employees at sasaa and at the appointed bank Wich is Postbank, no quiries can be resolved or attended too at both service points, as an individual I was sent from pillar to post just to be assisted ,

I wrote an email with my quirie to sassa and also called the tall free line after days of not being assisted, on the 15 March 2023 I went back to the post office at flamwood walk to lodge a complain and seeked help for a withdrawal transaction that i made on the 06 March at spar (meiringspark) that was declined and later went through ,as I was told at till that my transaction declined and was not given a proof , it decline, opon going going back to Postbank to get a statement it reflected on the statement that indeed the transaction went through at spar , I went back to spar at took the mater up to management ,Wich was very rood and racist,

All i asked for was a transaction reversal that never happed to this day ,,, can the minister kindly assist me on my matter or rather advice as we who are grant recipients are regarded as no humans ,,,
