Dear Patricia De Lille,, I have been a Durbanite my whole life ( 66 yrs ) I have built an electric ride on Train with 2 coaches and currently operate at the PEOPLES PARK next to the Moses Mabhida Stadium. The children have a great time on it. It travels at a maximum speed of 8km. My request is that it would be greatly appreciated IfI could obtain a permit to operate on the Beach Front Promenade as soon as possible with the December holidays coming up. I feel this would make a great attraction to Tourism. I want to run under the umbrella of one of the existing restaurants, maybe the BEACH CAFE, or any other. If I can approval I ten approach.
